It is very nice to work with John to get our new home. John was patient and really understand what we want. He did not shy away from sharing his thoughts, which is a great help. Along the way, he provided insights he accumulated over the years.

John is in the minority percentage (10-20%) or realtors that provide the services and market advice for maximizing the sellers goals. He was very attentive in managing the process even with a challenging buyers legal representation. Most importantly, he helped coach/support pricing/staging strategies that proved to be successful due to his knowledge of the real estate climate in the Boston area

My experience working John to purchase my home was excellent. He was very thorough and provided all the information I needed up front as a first time home buyer. He was with me every step of the way from finding the house to the closing, making sure to be at every inspection and appointment. He was incredibly patient and attentive to my concerns as they arose, and responded to calls, emails, and texts promptly. We have both bought a home from and sold a home with John. If I could give John more stars, I would! John was our realtor when we decided to buy a condo in the Cambridge/Somerville area. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, what was a must and what was a would-like, and gave us realistic expectations of what our budget would get us. He is an expert on the Cambridge/Somerville area and is up on all of the things going on that might impact a neighborhood, like the extension of the green line. He seems to know most of the other realtors, and they obviously respect him.

By the time we were ready to sell, we were already relocated halfway across the country and were not on site for the sale. I cannot express how hard and how much time John personally spent getting our condo repainted, inspected, staged and cleaned for sale. It was incredible. As far as communication goes, he was probably frustrated with us, as he was constantly in touch with updates and questions as he dealt with contractors and cleaners. He interacted with our neighbors to keep them up to date on who was coming and going in the building, and to alert them about open house dates so that they knew there would be people coming and going. He went above and beyond to make sure that we would get the best price possible on the condo.

The first open house generated many, many offers and we sold it for an incredible profit, thanks to John and all the work he put in to make it look it's best, and through his contacts with other realtors to let them know a prime property would be on the market.

If you want a respected, well-connected, knowledgeable realtor who will do whatever he can to find you the home you want, or to sell your home for the most money possible, John is your guy!
